Why We Built This Site

Missouri makes many criminal justice records public, but no single office holds every part of a Montgomery County history. Sheriff administration keeps agency reports and the jail keeps booking files. The Circuit Clerk is the custodian for filed cases and dispositions. Missouri State Highway Patrol CJIS runs the statewide repository and MACHS check process. Missouri Corrections and the state registry cover still other records.
