A query entered in a search tool is sent to the outside provider that operates that feature. The provider processes the terms and supplies its results. Montgomery County Criminal History does not keep or log the search words on its own systems.

An email sent to us may be retained long enough to respond and maintain the related correspondence. We do not disclose that message outside our organization unless the law requires it.

The website describes how to reach Montgomery County Sheriff records, Missouri courts, the Missouri State Highway Patrol CJIS Central Repository, and the Missouri Sex Offender Registry. Visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party criminal records, and this operation is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Outside companies operate the search boxes. A partner's own privacy policy applies to data entered in its tool, including its retention and sharing choices. We do not control those practices. Review the provider's policy before submitting a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Montgomery County offices, Missouri agencies, courts, legal resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor leaves this website, the destination's privacy rules control. Read those rules before providing personal information.
Advertising providers may also use their own technology to measure activity across websites and select ads. That processing occurs on the provider's systems.
